Select the model (pre-chosen by client or practitioner). Have the complete modeling profile ready — from the Modeling Library, AI-generated, or manually created.
Run The Distill (filter) if not already done — identify:
- • 3-5 core beliefs
- • 1-2 essential strategies (with V/A/K/Ad sequences)
- • 1 anchor physiology pattern
- • 4-6 clearing targets (limiting beliefs/emotions that would conflict)
Prepare timeline space — physical floor space or guided visualization setup.
Review client's intake/history. Note obvious conflicts with the model's patterns.
Print or have visible: the Essential Model card, the full profile for reference.
Frame the session
Introduce the model
Walk through the Essential Model with the client
For each element:
-
Read the 3-5 core beliefs. After each one, ask:
"What comes up when you hear that? Does that resonate or does it create any resistance?" -
Describe the essential strategy:
"This is the sequence they run to produce results: [walk through steps]." -
Describe the anchor physiology:
"And physically, this is what it looks like: [describe]."
Calibrate throughout. Note which beliefs create resistance — these become clearing targets.
Confirm buy-in
If yes: Proceed to Phase 2.
Test each clearing target
For each clearing target from the Essential Model, test if it's present:
Calibrate and clear
If resistance is present (incongruent physiology, hesitation, negative K):
Float above timeline → back to root cause → Revisit → Release → Rethread → return to present → test.
Use standard Parts Integration script.
Use Changing Values in Hierarchy process (submodality mapping).
Re-test after each clearing
Calibrate — look for congruent physiology, openness, ease.
Repeat for each clearing target until the client can hold all core beliefs without resistance.
Break state before moving to Phase 3.
Part A — Build the Representation (~5 min)
Build all rep systems:
- V: "What are they wearing? What's the environment around them? How bright is the image? Make it vivid — full color, life-size."
- A: "Can you hear their voice? Their tone? The way they speak? Any sounds in the environment?"
- K: "What energy do you feel coming from them? What's the quality of their presence?"
Part B — The Step-In (~10-15 min)
Guide physiology adoption
Install beliefs from the inside
Wait for response. Calibrate. Repeat for each core belief (maximum 3-5).
Run the essential strategy from first person
Guide them through the strategy steps in first person, as the model. Use V/A/K/Ad cues from the profile.
Amplify the experience
Hold for 30-60 seconds of silent integration.
Capture insights before exiting
Part C — Exit Second Position
Debrief
If needed, adjust the Essential Model based on the client's Step-In insights.
Confirm the installation list
Guide through the specific patterns
Set the Anchor
Test the Anchor
Break state — have them look around, say their name, count backwards.
Observe. Calibrate for state change — physiology shift, breathing change, facial expression.
If strong: Proceed to Phase 6.
Assign 3-5 specific daily tasks from the Essential Model
Not the full 30+ tasks — the filtered essentials only:
- • Daily task 1 — usually related to the anchor physiology
- • Daily task 2 — usually related to the core belief as an incantation or morning practice
- • Daily task 3 — usually related to applying the essential strategy in one real situation
Schedule follow-up session — ideally 1-2 weeks out.
Listen. Calibrate. Note what they mention unprompted vs. what they don't.
Test belief integration
Calibrate for congruence.
Test strategy application
Test the anchor
Observe state change. Compare strength to initial anchor.
Based on calibration, follow one of three paths:
Path A — Patterns integrating well
- • Reinforce. Add complexity — introduce next layer from full profile
- • Expand tasking to include weekly/monthly practices
- • May do another Step-In to deepen the embodiment
Path B — Patterns partially integrating
- • Identify which patterns are landing and which aren't
- • For stuck patterns: may need additional clearing (back to Phase 2)
- • Adjust tasking — simplify, focus on what's working
- • Consider whether the filter needs adjustment
Path C — Patterns not integrating
- • Something is blocking. Return to Phase 2 for deeper clearing
- • Consider: is this the right model for this client? (ecology check)
- • The model's patterns may conflict with the client's core values
May need to select a different model entirely.
When to Use This Process
- • After a client has completed a Breakthrough and is ready to build toward specific goals
- • When a client has a clear role model they want to emulate
- • As part of the Vision Cast phase (future-building after clearing)
- • For self-application: the practitioner can guide themselves through this using recorded audio
Overlap with Existing Processes
If running after a full Breakthrough (Origin Shift + Parts Integration), Phase 2 (Clear) may be partially complete. Assess what's already been cleared vs. what's specific to this model.
Ecological Considerations
- • Never install a model that conflicts with the client's core values (post-clearing). If it still conflicts after clearing, it's not ecological — choose a different model.
- • The Distill step is critical — installing too many patterns creates overwhelm and none stick. Less is more.
- • The client should WANT to model this person. Forced or practitioner-imposed modeling doesn't work.
- • Watch for "carbon copy" syndrome — the goal is to adopt patterns, not become a clone. The patterns refract through the client's own identity.
